Children’s Programs

St Luke’s has been blessed with strong & engaging programs for kids for many years!

Our programs encourage children to become the joyful and faithful persons God created them to be.

We seek to transform, not merely inform.  It is our hope to raise our children in the knowledge of God’s world and to nurture a personal relationship with God and his son Jesus Christ.

FALL 2021: Opening Sunday is September 12

Children and Youth

Sunday School begins on September 12th.  We will start virtually via Zoom and tentatively plan to go hybrid (virtual and in person) in early October depending on the pandemic status.  The link for Sunday school is:  Sunday School is for K-4 graders.  The program for Sunday school  includes a Godly Play story, a craft (which is sent home ahead of time) and worship time.

There will be a separate Sunday school program for 5th and 6th graders depending on interest.  If you have a child in this age range who wishes to participate, please contact Sarah Dowling

Childcare During Sunday 10 AM Service

In consultation with the Cathedral and diocesan medical advisor, we have decided to begin providing childcare during the 10 am service, beginning in early October.  With an expected fall COVID surge, we want to be certain we can safely open our nursery. Childcare is for babies to preschoolers.
